Customers need to bear all shipment costs and transaction fees under this circumstance. *Please note the return period will expire after 15 days on which customers or a third party other than the carrier acquires physical possession of our products. Return processing time: 2-3 business days Once LoveNestle receives your returned item and our customer service representative confirmed that it meets the eligibility criteria for a refund, we will process the refund or offer other services possible to address the situation accordingly. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. All return and refund requests that are not confirmed by our Customer Service Representative will not be addressed.

1. We suggest you initiate the return process within 24 hours if you discovered quality issues whilst opening the package for the FIRST time. We highly recommend you take a video or photos of exterior packages when you receive the product and unpack them for the first time. Because evidence of quality issues is required when submitting the Product Issue Form.

2. Please be aware, our products are handcrafted, and minor imperfections are not considered product damage. If your product has minor imperfections, feel free to contact our Customer Service Representative. Our staff will provide you with some maintenance support to cope with minor imperfections.

In-Stock Sex Doll Order Cancellations

1. Customers need to fill in a cancellation form, and our Customer Service Representative will assist you throughout the process.

2. In-stock products will be shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Therefore, If the customer cancels the order within 24 hours after purchasing, LoveNestle guarantees to refund 95% of the full price of the order.

*Please note that we will deduct 5% of your order amount as a bank and online payment platform transaction fee.

3. Orders are not available for cancellation once shipped from our warehouses.

Customized Sex Doll Order Cancellation

The customized sex dolls will be completed and shipped within one week. Customers have the right to cancel orders within 12 hours after purchasing. If the customer cancels an order within 12 hours after purchasing, LoveNestle guarantees to refund 95% of the full price of the order. LoveNestle will deduct 5% of your order amount as a bank and online platform transaction fee. If the customer cancels the order within 24 hours, LoveNestle will refund the customer 80% of the full price of the order, depending on the order's production progress.

LoveNestle's factory will start to produce each customer's order as soon as each customer purchases an order. Please note that orders cannot be canceled once in production.

Restocking Fee and Product Return

If you decide to return our products after receiving them, you will be charged a restocking fee. This fee is applied to cover the costs associated with processing and handling your return.

Please note that restocking fees vary depending on the product and the reason for your return. The restocking fee is typically a percentage of the total purchase price of the product.

However, if the return is not due to a quality issue, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping our products back to our factory or warehouse. This fee covers the shipping costs incurred by our company for returning the item to our facility.
